ONE DAY SAMPLE TOURS - we are happy to make suggestions as to vineyards to visit, however on guided tours you make find that the properties used may differ from those shown below.
The central Languedoc regions of Minervois, Cabardès, Corbières, Fitou, Limoux and Malepère have a range of terroirs and mini-climates and a vast range of different grapes such that each region produces its own special products.
They offer the wine tourist a huge variety and choice of wines ranging from red wines that have deep red colour, good structure, rich, complex and well-balanced with tones of spices and tannin to the white wines that are fresh and rich in floral and heather aromas, through to the rosés that are lively and pleasant. Those that enjoy semi-sweet and sweet white wines will delight in the Muscats, while sparkling wine enthusiasts need not look further than the acclaimed Blanquette de Limoux and Crémant de Limoux.
