PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
For bookings made less than one month in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than one month, but less than three months, in advance, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of the booking, with the balance due one month in advance.
For bookings made more than three months in advance, a deposit of 30% is required three months in advance, with the balance due one month in advance.
Prices include all visit and tasting fees and an English-speaking guide.
Payments can be made via bank transfer in sterling or euros or by debit or credit card.
In the event that you are unable to take up a reservation for accommodation or attend a wine tour that you have paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation at least 28 days in advance – 95% refund
Cancellation at least 14 days in advance – 75% refund
Cancellation at least 7 days in advance – 50% refund
In normal circumstances we are unable to make refunds when cancellation is less than 7 days in advance, for no-shows or missed tours due to lateness.
However, we understand that circumstances beyond your control, such as a ship not docking because of weather conditions, may arise, and consideration will be given to a refund on a case by case basis in these circumstances.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Although we make every effort to provide our customers with the advertised tours, we reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.
While we take all precautions to ensure tours proceed as planned, we are unable to accept responsibility for additional costs incurred to customers because of breakdowns, delays, bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
We also cannot accept responsibility for any loss of personal belongings, either from the accommodation, from the tour vehicle, or otherwise, during a tour.
Customers wishing to consume alcohol during a tour must be able to prove that they are 18 or over.
