CENTRAL LANGUEDOC
The central Languedoc regions of Minervois, Cabardès, Corbières, Fitou, Limoux and Malepère
has a range of terrior and mini-climates vast range of different grapes such that each region
produces its own special products. They offer the wine tourist a huge variety and choice of
wines ranging from red wines that have deep red colour, good structure, rich, complex and
well-balanced with tones of spices and tannin to the white wines that are fresh and rich in
floral and heather aromas and through to the Roses that are lively and pleasant.
Those that enjoy semi-sweet and sweet white wines will delight with the Muscats and Blanquette
de Limoux , while sparkling wine enthusiasts need not look further than the acclaimed Crémant de Limoux.
