We choose the property because we wanted to be on a working vineyard with its own winery and a reputation for quality wines. Other factors were the central position, closeness to the coast and range of accommodation.	Baronnie de Bourgade Domaine Baronnie de Bourgade Domaine vineyard and winery is situated between Béziers and Pézenas surrounded by fields, woodland and vineyards. This perfect vineyard location places you within easy distance of all of the attractions, vineyards and restaurants of the Languedoc and the SE of France.

OWNER’S DESCRIPTION - Accommodation We have four beautiful holiday homes at Bourgade: The Loft (2 double/twin bedrooms). La Tour and Les Pins (3 double/twin bedrooms each) and La Bergerie (5 double/twin bedrooms), There are separate washing and cooking facilities in each of the houses and a private garden. The majority of our bedrooms have en-suite showers and/or bathroom and some with en-suite WC’s also. The Loft—2 double/twin bedrooms At Baronnie de Bourgade, our Languedocian winery and Château, we have just completed the renovation of the loft, making it roomy and cheerful with a very private terrace and view over the vineyards. Our guests love its mediterranean colours, spaciousness and quiet - “wonderfully private”. The Loft offers large and spacious holiday accommodation for 4 people. Living area The sitting room and kitchen area. The floors are original terracotta Languedocian tiles. The kitchen has been specifically designed with a central island there's a gas cooker (4 rings) and oven, plus dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, deep freeze, and washing machine. On the first floor there is a large and spacious ‘espace de vie’. This room, with high open beam ceiling, comprises sitting room, dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen area. French windows open onto a terrace with views across the vineyards - a "must" for holiday suppers. Bedrooms The twin bedroom has a view with large French windows that lead onto the terrace. The airy double bedroom, with French windows opening onto the terrace. The bathroom in The Loft has a newly installed yet unique old-fashioned bath and modern shower. Les Pins/La Tour—3 double/twin bedrooms in each Les Pins is a 'cottage' situated in the south west tower of Baronnie de Bourgade. It looks onto the vineyards and courtyard and a splendid swimming pool with a pretty garden. Inside the cottage has been specifically designed for the perfect holiday and includes fully fitted kitchen and bathroom/shower for each bedroom. La Bergerie—5 bedrooms/up to 10 people La Bergerie is an authentic Languedocian mas situated in the heart of a very special wine domain, surrounded by vineyards, woodlands and meadows.
